Each CAN Lambda uses a Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor to measure oxygen content in the exhaust, allowing the ECU to make accurate fuel adjustments in real time. Because the signal is fully digital over CAN, it helps eliminate the signal loss, delay, and accuracy issues commonly found with analog wideband systems.
